This
high speed building wire extrusion line uses PLC and touch screen to control.
Each control cabinet controls the electric parts of the extruder unit and the
caterpillar. The cabinet controls the temperature, line speed, screw rotational
speed, extruder current, meter counter, etc. It will send alarm when it’s
overloaded. When change the speed of this building cable extrusion line, the
PLC will set corresponding parameter automatically. In addition, three
emergency stop switches are designed on the whole line (caterpillar, extruder
and take-up stand).
