This cable taping line is designed to apply
a helical layer of copper or aluminum wire over a cable core. The final product
produced by this wire taping machine is, mainly low voltage cable, used to
connect consumer low voltage system by the power utility, where the phase
conductor is the central aluminum conductor and the neutral conductor is the
wire layer. The final product can also be a medium voltage cable and the copper
wires are the cable shield.
Electric Control System
The synchronous control system for separate
motorized wire taping machine consists of PLC and touch screen. It is easy to
operate by setting-up all parameters on touch screen. All process parameters
can be collected. Unique program and data collection system ensures the cable
taping line to run stably and reliably. The precision of lay length is less
than 3% when emergency stop and less than 2% when normal stop of line (PROFIBUS
communication control).
